It can be hard to tear yourself away from the screen. Work and entertainment alike almost always seem to revolve around some form of screened-technology. While you likely can’t do much about your screen time at work, you can limit it during your downtime, because when we unplug, our body is better able to de-stress. So, in 2020, why not find new ways to have fun and relax? Read a book, play board games with the family or put on some of your favourite tunes and have a dance party with the kids. That doesn’t mean you can’t watch Netflix or play games on your tablet, but reducing your screen time by even one hour a day can have a huge impact on your health.
